By booking the Bert Sutcliffe Cricket Pavilion you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions of Bookings

  • The hirer must ensure that they or their representative is present throughout the booking period.
  • The hirer must ensure they leave the facility within 10 minutes after the end of their booked time. Failure to do so will result in extra charges.
  • The hirer must ensure the good conduct of all those participating in the booking, including spectators.
  • The hirer must ensure they and all users comply with any reasonable request from a staff member of Takapuna Grammar School or Bert Sutcliffe Cricket Pavilion concerning the use of the premises and facilities.
  • The hirer must ensure that they and all users leave the premises and facilities in a clean and tidy condition, and place all rubbish in the bins provided.
  • Food and drink (except water) are not allowed in the main areas of activity.
  • Studded / spiked footwear is not permitted to be worn in any part of the Cricket Centre.
  • The hirer must immediately report any damage to the premises, facilities or equipment to Takapuna Grammar School and accept responsibility for any damage caused during the period of hire by the group and will be liable for the costs of rectifying the damage.
  • Balls are not provided with the bowling machine. Only bowling machine cricket balls should be used. Do not use leather cricket balls.
  • The hirer must ensure smoking is not permitted inside the centre.
  • The hirer is responsible for their own health and safety and all those participating in the booking when using the facility, and agree to take all sensible precautions to protect themselves/their groups own health and safety whilst doing so.
  • Net bookings for any non-cricket code events/training must book all three lanes concurrently.

Refund Policy

  • If you cancel an existing booking more than 3 days prior to the scheduled booking time then you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Customers cancelling bookings less than 3 days prior to the reservation will be charged 50% of the hiring charge.
  • Customers who fail to take up their booking without any prior notice will be charged the full hiring fee.
  • Refunds will not be available if you are unable to use the booking and cancellation has not been advised by email 3 days before the booking time. Email b.wynn@tgs.school.nz for more information.

Privacy Policy

  • By using the Takapuna Grammar School online booking system, I am agreeing to receive:
    1. messages relating to my booking,
    2. messages relating to the administration of my data, e.g. requests to confirm my profile settings; and
    3. messages relating to the Bert Sutcliffe Cricket Pavilion, including offers, programmes and new developments.
  • Pursuant to the Privacy Act the following has been brought to my attention. Takapuna Grammar School uses the registration process to collect information for the purposes of:
    1. the general administration of the Takapuna Grammar School, and
    2. the promotion of Takapuna Grammar School's programmes.
  • My personal information will be held by Takapuna Grammar School and I have the right to access (and correct) such personal information as provided for in the Privacy Act. I may view and update this information by means of my profile settings in the online booking system and/or by contacting the Takapuna Grammar School Administrator. Use of the online booking system constitutes authorisation of the use and disclosure of the personal information in accordance with the purposes set out above. Stating that I withhold this consent, or the provision of incorrect information, may result in you being ineligible to use the system.

Payment, Pricing & GST, Jurisdiction

  • All prices are in NZD. Prices are inclusive of GST for buyers within New Zealand.
  • If paying online, payment is made via credit card to Takapuna Grammar School. The name that will appear on your statement will be "TGS".
  • Takapuna Grammar School is a NZ owned business entity for trading/registration purposes.

Security of Your Credit Card Information

  • All purchases made through this website have transactions securely handled by PaymentExpress, ensuring the highest possible security for your credit card data. On payment you will be redirected to a site controlled by PaymentExpress to make the transaction in a secure environment. When payment is complete you will be returned to this site with confirmation.
